Good Books is a family-owned, independent bookstore in New York’s Hudson Valley.  

We are a decidedly “community-centered” bookstore. By this, we mean that we want Good Books to be an inviting place that brings people together.

We believe in the power of books to spark conversations, generate empathy, and open up our hearts and minds. And, we believe people should read good books.
